Sounds Good- I will be arriving Friday morning - Did Rob tell you he snoors louder than an unrestricted 2F:D.
 
Wendy and I wont make it for this one but I told Noah i would pay for half the cabin so I hate to spend 40 bucks on nothing If Any one can make it to this feel free to spend the night Fri and Sat. I guess Noah is leaving Sat so it will be empty Sat night.
 
if it is just me I am going to head home on sat night, but my nephew might come down, so sat night is open, either way there is plenty of room, supposed to be 37 degrees friday night! If somebody can take rob's spot, that would be cool, all I wanted out of it was to split the cabin costs with someone.
 
OK, great trip, great weather and a lot of fun. Lets put up some pics people! of course I forgot my camera for this one. This was my first run with the ORION and I must say I am very happy, both on the freeway and off. 100:1 low range on the trail just made things so much more enjoyable plus the tc is soooo much quiter than my old stock 3spd case, so much so we pushed 80mph on the way home. Our average speed was probably 75mph.

Did not take too many pictures- also shot a couple of videos I will try to post up when I can get them formatted. Also Will see what my friends the Jeep Dudes shot, and post when I get them


BTW- How was going down the canyon ?- you guys turned right to soon after we split up. Tried to contact you-:meh: but since your'e posting- you must have made it out ok. :D


On our way out- We ran into three bone stock FJ cruisers ( one was only a few days old) on one of the lower sections of Odessa and I spent 30 minutes getting them over some ledges they were not anticipating:D. Funny thing was Anne from the club was with them- guess she wanted something a little more challenging:eek:. Told her to take the right turn at the top of the section or they would be spending a cold night in the canyon. - Saw her roll into camp around 7:30 pm:D

Hey Tim,

yeah, I was following Nick and we just ended up heading down that route, it was fun actually and not too hard at all. Much easier going down than up that is for sure. We made quick work of it and my nephew and I took a walk in the ghost town and then hauled ass home. Good times.

What's the next run??

BTW, saw some jackoffs up past the gatekeeper trying to winch their buddy out. They had completely no idea what they were doing. Brand new jeeps with the dealer plates still on them. They were winching with the winch lines attached to each other, standing around the lines, etc. It was kinda scary to be honest. I had to tell one of the guys to move his truck as he was blocking the trail. I wanted out of there asap. I wish I would of taken pics.

Tim has been working 12-14 hour days since he got back and posted all the still photos he took.

Tim has a couple of videos -but does not know how to post them up because he is not a tech nerd.

Tim wants to know why Noah always forgets his camera?
