I am posting some pictures of my new Cabela Trail Gear seat covers. Did some searches but did not find many pictures. I thought others might want a look.

Like most of you my leather was getting pretty long in the tooth. Driver side began to rip on the door side of the seat. Those leather replacement covers are sweet but out of my price range right now :crybaby:. Those neoprene covers are nice but costly too. The Tuff Duck ones looked super durable but more $$. I got some Cabela Trail Gear for $62 delivered. Installed them the other day. I have to say that I am really happy given the cost. They seem very durable and match my interior pretty well. They also have nice pockets on the backside of the seat :bounce:. A nice hold off until I have coin for new leather.

Enjoy the pics.

What are they made of? Do they breathe well?

They are made out of cordura type material. They seem pretty tough. I have not road tripped in them to know about if they breathe well. I don't think there will be a problem though.

I have some that came with my truck. They breathe fairly well. They are probably 3 years old and have started to fade quite a bit. For the price, they aren't bad.

Bought the same set last year for my LX and very satified with the cover.

They are great for the price. Allow for some breathing and the kids love the pockets on the backs. Though they are starting to fade after almost two years.

I have them. Bought them several years ago. I like the fact that when i get out of the truck during the summer, my sack is not glued to my leg with sweat. The pockets on the back come in handy for junk. Especially your winch controller.

I have cloth seats so my interest is mostly in preserving my cloth seats, which were previously always covered by seat covers under previous owner, and are thus pretty well preserved.

I just didn't want a step down in comfort.

Might go get a pair. Thanks for the tip.

Seriously though, I have a set of these also and they are holding up very well.

Just ordered a set for the wife. The seat covers not the fresh balls.

You will be happy with them. Also, a quick trick is to get a old bicycle cable sheathing or something somewhat rigid and flexible to help pull the straps through the seat/butt area. A large zip tie will work also. You will see what I mean.
