Thanks! 30 seconds on the Grainer site and I think I found it:
Clamp, OD 1 3/4 In, 3/4 In W, Cushion, PK 10 - Cable, Wire and Hose Clamps - Hardware - 1BAE2 : Grainger Industrial Supply

Prior to this I went to Home Depot, Menards and Ace with no luck.
