I searched around but couldn’t find a clear answer - so forgive me if this topic is old

Anyhow - I moved up a tire size to 275\75\18 and I’m wondering if I need to do anything with the bump stops? I saw some Timbrens built those seem to be for the rear only and don’t seem to actually extend the bump stops. But do I need to do anything with them anyway?

Mild body lift?

Are you actually rubbing anywhere?

No, doesn’t seem to be rubbing anywhere yet. I plan to put some 1.5” spacers on and I expect that to cause some rubbing on the mud flaps but I’ll just trim those.

I really don’t want to do a lift if I don’t have to. I’m trying to keep this build a little more mild and practical than I did with my 80 because the 200 is my daily driver.

So do I need new bumpstops?
