Well you just got me sorted on my '04 PCV, so you have that one covered!

I think this is everything for the vacuum system on an '04:

One addition to this list to replace "while you're in there" is a vacuum cap, P/N 90339-03005 (at least on an '04). I just swapped mine out today and the original was pretty brittle (although it hadn't led to a vacuum leak).
