Rebuilt the knuckles and put on new(reman) calipers front and rear along with new shocks. Just gotta bled the system again, add some gear oil and go get it aligned and tire balance hopefully tomorrow.

Got the tires balanced and aligned today. That with the new shocks and she drives so smooth now and the engine runs super smooth. This will probably be the last update for a couple months till I save up for a lift and tires.

Only thing it really needs right now is a deep clean and cosmetic stuff. My garage needs a deep clean too after all this.

So things slowed way down. But recently got the AC charged and blows cold as ice.

This weekend I pulled all the carpet out and power washed/scrubbed them. Was also having some start up issues and believe it was the fuel pump going bad. Replaced that today and you can see in the pictures the PO had been in there before and replaced it with a smaller Delphi unit and sock. You can see the size difference in my pics. Got the Toyota parts in there and I can actually hear it run now.

Just small things today. Was missing a hood latch, battery tie down and charcoal canister bracket. Got those installed. Even bought the proper screws for the center console area instead of a mix match. Was also missing the front locker harness so got one of those installed and now everything works.

As of now mechanically everything is working great 🤞. I need new bushings on all my control arms but will do that when I lift it. Otherwise it's just all cosmetic and interior stuff now.

More small things today. Every now and then I would get a CEL for the knock sensor. Basically my rear one the harness side plug wouldn't snap on to it so it would eventually vibrate lose and throw the code. Ordered a new NTK sensor and now it stays snapped on.

Also started getting an O2 sensor code so I replaced both of those today. Other than working in a tight space it was easy. No rusted nuts. There are a ton of threads asking about O2 sensor part numbers for 93 and 94 model years. Bellow is the part number I ordered. Both reached the harness just fine with plenty of slack.

They come with gaskets so don't order gaskets like i did. After the switch ran around for 30min didn't get a code so hopefully that's fixed.

Also started to get the gas hiss when opening the gas tank so replaced the old charcoal canister with the vc120 one. Hiss is gone.

My AC button also stopped working, wouldn't stay on. I read you can open these and replace the spring or whatever that breaks. I ordered a used one and will repair the old one to keep as a standby if it happens again

Took it on an easy shake down off road drive a while back. Performed excellent, no issues.

Finally got my rear hatch fixed. Took it to macco of all places since no other body shop wanted to work on a vehicle older than 01. In the end it was the hatch that was bent/damaged. I got a used one off here and had them transfer the glass over and paint the new one. Now it closes nice a flush. Before you could see inside and if it rained water would get inside.
