Well the e-mails and PM's have been sent for daddy's christmas gift. A carb rebuild from Jim Chenoweth, the carb God, at least that's what every other person on this web site say's he is. :bounce2: I just havn't told the wife yet. :flipoff2:

Jim's not only the Carb God, he's also the expert on Toyota Distributors too...that's how I found out about the Vac. Advance being NON-existent on the mid 1970's model cruisers...they only have vacuum RETARD!!!
Anyway, he basically turns your carb into a NON-USA one. Another awesome mod is to put the side cover from an FJ60 on and run the FJ60's dizzy (its the best of them all...water proof and fully electronic with teflon-impregnated parts, etc...Bad@$$)

I wish everyone in the club a very Merry Xmas with your families! I start tomorrow 7 days straight of on-call duty so my partner can take the week off. I am anticipating 12-h plus days and no time to play with my cruiser or check-out IH8MUD. I can only hope I endure the withdrawal relatively smoothly. Hasta la vista baby!!
