I am still loving my del sol but I may have found a cheep insight and I am kinda curious if it would be worth it. just the bastards are expensive as hell to repair if they go bad from my understanding. hard to knock nearly 60 mpg though.

Saw some footage of that on the news. the video of it sweeping over the fields is something else, it is hard to grasp the sense of scale with all that.
And to add insult to injury, now they are having nuclear melt downs at the reactors.
I saw that, they had an explosion yesterday. A power plant with no power, no water for cooling after a tsunami, Japan exposing itself to radiation, isn't it ironic? Dontcha think?

Seriously though, they are having some major issues and I can only imagine the time it will take for the entire country to recover. My brother is stationed over there, but luckily, he is in an area that was not affected by the earthquake or tsunami.

I was having so much fun!
But then this happened
the bolts attatching my tire machine to the pallet were no match for my strength (was throwing my gut into it) and the tire and the stand went flying. then I landed on it.
I have the innertube about halfway out, having to fight it more than I should because I cant get the inner bead to break for the life of me. the outside bead I broke with the breaker arm on the stand, the inner bead I used my highlift jack, It picked up the rear of the 4runner before the bead broke, Backed the dodge over it, still did not break the bead. I seariously think I could just junk the Stauns and I would be fine. Going to pull the other tires off and just bring thm to town tomorrow and have then break the beads I guess. My brother managed to break the airchannel on the one I am fighting right now
But Cajun offroad deffinately did not do like the instructions say to do with cleaning up the inside lip of the tires on super swampers so now I know why they failed.

It was the nixes wheels on the trail ! And I learned my lesson on big tires. I use a machine I'd pay if I had to but really glad my cuz has a machine I use.
