Broke a Birfield and an Aisin Hub

I just got it in. Becouse the 30 Spline Longs are just a little bit bigger there isn't as much gap in the Truion Bearing flats to get enough up and down movement, so I got itty bitty violent and in it went.

I was just outside sliding the Spindle over the Stub Shaft of the the Longfield and it stopped and the Spindle Bush got stuck.
I was also wondering why the other side was so difficult to turn with the Brakes not dragging and the Wheel Bearings not over tightened.

Am I not supposed to use Spindle Bushes with the 30 Spline Longs?

I've gone and double checked, either the Longfield's OD is too big or the ID of the Spindle Bush is too small.

Calm down, give Bobby Long a call, and figure out what's going on. Maybe you have an odd sized bushing....

I bought a new Spindle Bush from Toyota, but I now have a new problem.

So now the spindle won't slide all the way to the knuckle? Can you tell where it's binding up?

Looks to me like the birf isn't all the way inside the knuckle. The inner axle probably has not engaged the side gears in the diff. Have someone turn the pinion flange back and forth just a little and the inner should slip right in.

I finally got it in and the Spindle is bolted up.

I completed getting the Car back together lastnight and I test drove it today, 2WD -> Low Range 4WD -> High Range 4WD -> 2WD with Hubs locked. All is well. Relief
