Are these for an 80? What all else is needed?

yes they are for an 80 series. It depends how complete you want to go.
Ironman sold these as a kit with caster plates, longer brake lines and adjustable panhard bars. That would get you going but some other items would be:
sway bar drop blocks
e-brake drop block
rear bumpstop drop blocks
and if you have some driveline vibrations
ft DC shaft
rear extended LCAs
I can provide some or all of these solutions if you want them as a package deal.
