i have a 1984 bj74 rhd with the 13b-t . And i want to do my front pads and rotors. and i want to do my rear shoe, drums, and wheels cylinders. does anyone know what part number i can use. i would like to use autozone or napa. because of there warranty and ik i like there stuff but i do prefer autozone.

i seen on here someone saw that i can use ( 92-01 4Runner, 93-98 T100.) could work on break pads but idk about the rest?
this is what i get when i look up
02 4runner
duralast gold ceramic disc brake pad set DG611
they said nothing about rotors or caliper

I use chat GBT but i dont trust it to much. it says i can use late models 60 series pads but again idk if i trust it. because i saw someone say they did fit.

i will try to look up stuff from crusieroffset. I have looked partsouq but some time it hard for me to mach some thing. and some one told me to cross reference on toyodiy.com

Pads set: 04465-35170 x1 (does both sides)
Rotors: 43512-60100 x2

To do this work, the hub has to come off…. ergo, you need some other bits and you should go ahead and repack your bearings with new grease.

90215-42025 x2
43422-60010 x2
43531-60010 x2
90311-62001 x2
90942-02053 x12

All of these are available from any Toyota parts department (dealership) globally.

This does the front only.

For the rear, you need to remove the rear wheels, remove your rear drums and ascertain what the situation is in terms of your drums and your shoes, your hardware, your rear cylinders, and go from there.

Listen to @OGBeno. He knows a thing or two about these things. Go Toyota and save yourself from doing it again in a few months because the cheap parts warp

But for the rear should i look for anything specific? ik i have to look at the drums, shoes, your hardware, rear cylinders. any marking

Also in your opinion do you guys trust cruiser outfitters stuff

OGBeno is very good.
Cruiser Outfitters is/are very good.
They want you to use their new online store, CruiserTeq.

I walked into a Virginia NAPA store, bought rear brake bits meant for an FJ60, and they were all correct for my BJ74 (1988).

When replacing the front brake rotors, you need to do all that stuff. Replacing front brake pads, you don't.
After doing all that front hub stuff, you will know a lot more and know when the last service was cuz you did it.
