Springs or what your showing, the clips? If clips, new OEM, no. Used OEM, maybe and probably rusty with bad rubber. Rubber substitute using the rubbers from a new hose clamp of comparable size. If springs, new OEM, no. Used OEM, maybe and probably rusty. Rust remover or converter is your friend. New non-OEM hardware store substitute, priceless.
