Hi Guys,
I needed an Exhaust Flange for my restoration and no one had one so I had some made. I have a 1975 FJ40 3 bolt exhaust flange. I had to make a few to get the cost down.
If you need any let me know. $15.00 each plus shipping. This is 5/16" Cold rolled steel Laser cut. My Muffler guy took 10.
this is 5/16

I would be down for 2. If anyone else wants to buy one that’s local to me (or planning to order something from me in the near future ;) ) we can just see how many we can fit in a small flat rate box and keep shipping down. :)

Let me know how many you want in total. Thanks Bic

Does it have the little lip on one side? Does it need one? I believe stock did but mine has always had headers, so I've never bolted one up. Probably interested in a single if you have one.

Will this fit the rest of the exhaust system or Just the manifold to down pipe?

I am trying to put together a stockish exhaust system from the factory downpipe to the factory muffler and need 5 to complete.

I think this is the only part that is not available any longer. I have an original and that is what I have

I'll take 2, please let me know your PayPal information.

Thanks

Ditto.

Is the raised lip on the down pipe to manifold flange necessary for a proper seal? Or can you just weld a flat one to the downpipe and torque it down with a new gasket? Bolting to a later 3-piece style 2f manifold.

I will take 10 if you still have that many. Let me know and I will send the money.

I forgot to ask, what size pipe fits in the hole? the last one's I had made take 2 1/4. I only have one of those left...

Rob

2. 1/2”
I am not sure the factory gasket with go over 2 1/2" pipe, that is why I went with the smaller pipe. I pushed the pipe past the flange to give it a lip like the factory set up and help keep the gasket from blowing out.

Can you confirm the gasket fits over the 2 1/2" pipe?

Thanks
