Not at all. I paid 15K. He was asking 18.5K. Tough to find a good deal in this area. Considering the service history, condition, and that I could see it and didn't need to pay for shipping. I felt ok paying a little more. 13.5K sounds good if it's in ok shape.

Couldn't wait for the weekend. Pulled off the bug guard, stickers, and running boards today. Looks better already. Wanted to get the back mudflaps too but ran out of daylight.
back mudflaps are what hold on your bumper...i'd reconsider. You could trim the flap part, like bwbski26 did - search for his thread a few years ago now I think.

Oh. Guess those will stay on then. Thanks for the heads up. Would've looked a little silly with my bumper laying on the driveway.
I'll look for the trimming thread. They look a little out of place now that I don't have running boards. They look really low.

Thanks for the help but I don't know when I'm going to try and meet the guys yet and my wife can't make up her mind if she's going to tag along and bring the kids. Thanks anyway though and I'll report my findings when I get back.
Good to know you're not too far away when I finally get another cruiser. I've been up to Amicola several times and didn't know there were any public trails up there.

Headlights are moisture free. Front emblem is (quickly) painted black. Need to get rid of the rest of the gold on the back. Local dealership wants $195 for a set so looks like I'll be searching ebay. Took of the PO's gold pinstripes today as well.
Looking better already. Was goint to wait a few for tires, but the small street rubber is bugging me already.
