Does any have a wiring diagram or can anyone explain how to wire up the eBay wiring harness please?

Yep, if you're using the harness linked in this thread, they actually have the three wires defined in the listing: Red: constant hot, Black: ground, Green: switched hot. There's a whole bunch of other wires in the stock plug, but they don't matter to us.
