Howdy folks,
Kind of a question and possibly a proposition if you're interested.
1. I work at a camp in Mesachie Lake and we are having a Women's Retreat which needs to find rides up to the Bolduc Plane Crash site on MAY 23rd. We are probably going to need half a dozen or more vehicles (depending on seating capacity). I went up the other week with a few of our staff and they all complained about how terrible a ride it was in my truck (SOA, 35's). I did NOT air down, so maybe that would help? I had no issues of spitting rocks or breakaway so I didn't air down, but I'm wondering how much, if any, that could help the ride quality?
2. IF airing down would help dramatically, then myself and other type vehicles could be used for the event. The director of the retreat knows we need SUV's for the trip, but doesn't want the ladies to need chiropractic appointments afterwards! So, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
3. We are potentially looking for a solid number of people with suitable vehicles for this expedition. Fuel costs might be covered (haven't asked yet), and gentlemanly chaperones (even if they have to fake it for a few hours
) are preferred.
So...any thoughts? Maybe we should make it our own expedition and see if the ladies want to join
PS: I have on-board air now so re-inflating tires should be easy!
