Looking for the following parts from a 16 Spline H42 with one-piece t-case. See circled items:

1. 73-74; 4spd Input Gear (36212) in photo (Low priority as I'll likely snag new from Joint Fuji/Sumo)
2. "Stopper" Aka spacer between input gear and PTO
3. PTO Gear (16 spline) OR Spacer
4. Input Shaft Spacer (rear before nut)
5. Washer (I can't recall if its a specific hardened style washer or not).

Your looking for parts for the 1/74-4/75 transfer case? Why it has the 1.99:1 low range versus the 2.313:1 early three speed. it has narrower gears than 4/75 plus one piece transfer case. The spacer is in front of the input gear. Input gear and PTO are next to each other. The spacer is inside the transmission. Thing the spacer used instead of the PTO is harder to find. Seems people not using a PTO prefer the spacer.

I have all three of the spacer/stopper sleeves. But as John indicated, on the input gear, you do need to differentiate between the 74/75 and the 75-80

Disregard gear I’m buying new but I’m assuming you have a $100min for the spacers?

Yes. I won’t be near my office computer for a few more hours yet to confirm actual pricing, but I think the three spacers come out to about a hundy. Two of them are new repops that I commissioned from a while back for all the trans and transfer case work I do.

Not sure what new cost but they are out there in the used market. Sure I have no where near as many as John.

Check four loose four speeds I have and they all have the spacer still on the output shaft. The seal between the transmission and transfer case rides on the input gear behind the spacer. Toyota lists the spacer with the transfer case but generally come with a used transmission.
