I believe that when i first adjusted my steering on the box to make it tighter i may have over-tightened it which i believe has lead to all the leaking steering hose/box/resevior problems.

... Was the rebuild a rebuild of your old box?

I don't believe they rebuilt my steering box although I didn't ask that specific question. I think I'll give the shop a call and just ask a couple questions.
