Sorry no build thread, I hardly ever take pictures. I can put up some this weekend just let me know what you want to see. My fuel door and filler are still fully functional. I wanted to keep the rear solid and clean looking. Its doved 16 inches and it was already bobbed 7. I'm bringing the radiator back & taking 8 inches out of the front right now

I was yawning until this!
What are you doing with the tranny hoses? bringing them back too?
i need my front lighter and have been contemplating the same approach and making the engine "bay" be as wide as the frame rails. Just not sure where to go with the radiator.
front fenders are for flatbillers! :banjo:

Side pic would be awesome. Along with some close ups of the filler door and inside the rear end. PLEASE document what you are doing with the front end, I cant wait to see how it turns out.

Hey, I resemble that remark, I am one of those flatbillers. However spending my life split between virginia and socal, I like to think of myself as a hybrid.

Ill try to be good about some pics. I removed the fan & went electric on the backside, then brought the whole core support up to the motor & cut off frame overhang. Now I'm working on narrowing the core and inner fenders. Then the fenders can go back in place cause chicks dig fenders!

thankyou, Im working on it hard right now to get it going up Naches or Liberty atleast once before snow wheeling starts. Its so much easier to line up the front tires now im excited to see what its capable of, and what breaks:doh:

I believe something like this
1 birfs
2 front r&p
3 birfs again
What ya think?

8" R&P

rear DS
rear lower links

I'm amazed at the Longs. But now that i have those, I'm wreaking complete havoc on the rear axle... primarily the lower links.
The 8" R&P has to go. You need a 9.5 up front. So do I

might as well put a tacoma body on the 80 frame! :-)
