Will these work if you have factory flares?
What's your opinion as to whether they will get knocked off while wheeling?

No, the flared trucks have flaps that integrate into the bottom of the flares like an 80 Series.

I remove mine when I am on rough technical stuff such as Cruise Moab. I do the same with the 80.
