BJ73 Wiring Diagram for Headlights

Does anyone possess a factory Toyota headlight/dimmer switch wiring diagram for a Euro spec LHD 1987 BJ73? It's also an uncommon 12v system. It originally came with a 3B, now converted to a 1HDT. This was not a Portuguese VM 73.

Currently trying to troubleshoot an issue where the headlights work intermittently. Sometimes they work, other times they don't want to come on. Sometimes they will work for hours and randomly shut off and flipping the dimmer will turn them back on. It's a gremlin I have tried to fix by throwing parts at it (new headlight/dimmer switch in the steering column, new headlight relay and new dimmer relay). So far, I still have the same issue. A factory wiring diagram may help me determine where to look next down the line.

Check in the Resources tab here on Mud to see if there are FSM’s for pre-1990 70-series models, alternately check for the same over at Cruiser Cult.

12v and 24v harnesses should be largely the same with regards to how the headlight system is wired.

Check the headlight terminals in the wiring loom under the steering column. I imagine the switch itself does the hesdlight switching, so the terminals frequently get blackened over the years.

Clean up all your ground wires to headlights for a start. Should have ground on both sides.
