It would have to be very much on the plus side. I'm likely going to keep it. Despite the 80 getting poor gas milage the HST in the Peoples Republic of British Columbia negates any savings of going to a more fuel efficient vehicle. I'll keep both vehicles until I have to sweep them up into an envelope before paying HST again in the near future. I just got bent over for $600 in HST to register a 30 year old travel trailer I'm still frosted about that. I'm fine with keeping the 70 for me and the 80 for the wife. The 70 is a reliable daily driver and great for looking for those remote fishing holes.
how does a second 80 tickle your fancy? sure beats a subaru..... i'm not sure about the rules going to canada or if we could even trade..... (obviously not a straight trade, i have some $$)

Thanks, but no thanks. I've already got a locked 80 I'm not allowed to scratch up. Happy wife, happy life. I was very tempted by an offer to trade for a ex army unimog radio truck that would have made a killer expedition camper.
No problem and I completely understand! I've been hit with a couple of big HST bills in recent months and fully agree your analysis of it.

SOLD, sorry. I am too but with two kids and a small horse of a dog I'm sticking with the 80 for now. The dog won't fit in the 70
Not that she will go in the back, she sleeps sitting up between the kids. At 9 months old and 100 pounds she wont be able to pull that off much longer.

Alberta bound. I hope the salt doesn't kill the truck. The dog is a Boerboel. Boer "farmer" boel "dog" its a south african mastiff, big working dog. She thinks she's a 100 pound lap dog.
