My front drivers side axle seal has been weeping over the last year and is now dripping more onto the tire. Is there anything I should look out for during the seal replacement that may be worn from this problem? Anything else that I should replace while I'm in there? Bearings are alright. Also, I'm a bit confused about which seal needs replacing, is it the outer spindle seal part# 90311-62001 correct or inner axle seal 90311-33085 that I require? The 90311-33085 looks like the one that would block the diff oil from entering the birfield.

Okay, I'm answering my own question here ....I'm quite sure it's the inner axle seal that needs replacing. I've never done the job before but it looks straight forward.

If your front seals are weeping, especially if there's gear oil coming out, it's time to do a knuckle job.

Well I finally got around to getting a knuckle rebuild kit. API had stock and sent within 2 days. Can anyone tell me how much moly & GP grease I should pickup to do one side?

If you plan on keeping it buy a small case to start, write down or tear of the label and staple it to the inside of your garage door for future ref>
Ideally a moly fortified grease for the knuckle, using the same blend will keep you from having to deal with cross contamination associated with differing compounds....nothing a quick wipe with a rag can't handle.
Bearing grease for the bearings.
Be sure to grease the brass bushing, drive flange splines, inner and outer bearings to name a few.
