Canadian from BC. Owner says it's the original paint. He sent me some additional pics. Try to get them from him, but if you don't get the buggered frame pics, let me know and I'll send them.
It looks to me like the lift was done quickly/cheaply. The axles are all greasy, the spring plates aren't straight and they didn't bother to cut the u-bolts down.
The rear shackle mounts look like the frame is coming apart at that location.
The body looks awfully nice for an original from BC. Not sure what's up there. The shifter looks like a 4-speed. I didn't verify that it was indeed a 5 speed.
