I'm suspecting the grease leakage means these need attention. Just looking for a second opinion.

Your birfs are dry, I'm suspecting you have a more serious engine oil or power steering oil leak
 
your birf joints look dry, the liquid/oil is dripping from above and on both sides of the vehicle (like its being slung around by the engine). Your steering linkage tie rod end is covered in oil.
Pop the hood and take a gander.
If the biffs were leaking the oil /grease combination would be a heavy black grayish color (opaque) and the unmistakable liquid would be dripping down the back of your wheels.

Why do you say that?
Splatter on the axle and coil is coming from above, doesn't look like the axle balls have grease on them
 
Oh, that's just PB blaster haha I'm working on something else. I guess I was referring to the dark dirty grease on the ball and socket itself
 
Your birffs are bone dry add some Molly to them.
