The beauty of the Warden component is that it is one piece, just like the original.

The beauty of this idea is its cost. Why does it have to be one piece?

I have a jeds 203/205 adapter in my buggy it is welded out of three chunks and then machined again to true it up. Its a great product and it was much cheaper than the aluminum competitors.

Was you first comment sarcastic or asking me if I am willing to make one of these?

Machining that out of one chunk looks to be very wastefull and drive the costs up allot.
 
I kinda agree here.

I dont see why it "Needs" to be one piece to be strong. obviously it would need a final machining after welding to true it all up but it should be minimal so a final machining shouldnt really be a big deal or even a large cost.
