the ad does say suspension AND body lift, so I suspect its just new or cranked up torsion bars, 863J's(or similar or spacer) and a 2" body lift. Stock axles and spacers.

do some looking in the 80sCool arcives, I KNOW this is the same truck that was being built 2+ years ago, some guy had a 1 man 4x4 shop in the east coast and he was doing this for a customer, normaly he did full size fords and stuff. I have pics of it but can't find them yet.

I may know whom you're speaking of ... When I was on the 80's cool list Matt Qualey from Bankor Maine reached out , and offered his services in finding me an 80 . Actually he was instrumental in obtaining info on the one I own today . Spoke to him on the phone a few times ... As a business he would buy a 4x4 off the lot , and totally mod it out brand new , and sell it to a client . He had a Ford F250 super duty on his site that was simply amazing looking ! :eek: Here's the old addy , but it's not working right now ( for me anyways .. ) Perhaps he's taking a break from it all ???

but at some point in a real man life............a V8, nice ride and heater leather seat........are pretty damn apealing :D espcialy when heading out to the store to get the makings for some great quiche :flipoff2:
