There is minor contact on my right headlight but I just need to go and adjust the bumper a little bit, there is plenty of room in the mounts for adjustment. Overall it works great!

It's a super clean install and completely agree with the DO evolution. Was going to keep it simple with an ARB (live in deer country) but I really like that setup. My ARB used to rub the drivers side on the trails when she was twisted up. Eventually it wore a groove and trimmed itself!

To finish off the bumper, added some satin red 4500lb rated D ring shackles from D Ring Shackle Supply and some lights including some amber LED cubes from ebay and (3) Tuff Stuff 4x4 long range 7" round LED lights:

Damn! That looks great!
I have a lil b's fabrication bumper and brackets are nothing like your's. Those are really slick! I've been tossing around ideas for how to redesign mine, but I may just copy those.

Thanks brother, these mounts were definitely well thought out and really liked how they are a separate piece that sandwiches with the bumper and frame. Appreciate the kind words!

sub'd. Ordered B2 low beam and fogs for my wifes GX and came a cross this thread
I love this build. I just bought a 06 same color. Already have Fox coilovers and shocks coming and Toyotec rear springs. I'm going with some new wheels from RRW but they look simular to yours. A bumper is a future add on and I love that DO bumper. Very clean design.

Nice dcg141 cant wait to see your build come to fruition!
So have you put any thought into regearing? I'm thinking 4.11's or 4.56's would be about right 275 and 295's.

Maybe down the line, but the rig still feels okay even with 295s and weight.
I’m going to be doing some towing so I think that a regear is in the cards.
