Yep, good thread. Just put in my order for front and brake goodies for my ‘82 40. I think the mirror finish on my old shoes means I squeezed far more out of them then recommended. Learned it is possible to use up all the brake material, and grind enough drum metal that a brake cylinder can expand so far it falls apart inside the drum.
