Gents,

Ordered my oversize pistons today and have a question.

It's been a while since the original pistons were removed and I am not sure of the orientation of the Bearing caps for the Piston and Bearing caps for the crankshaft. As you know there is a seat (indentation) on the bearing on the connecting rod and the cap. My question is for both the Crankshaft and the Piston:

Does the indentation go on the same side or opposite sides. I did not mark them when I took them off (damn). Interestingly enough, my Engine repair manual does not indicate, only the torque.
