5 Years ago for the first every time I in my whole life, I bought a diesel land cruiser 105. It has only one battery in the engine bay, but I have seen many 70 series cruisers with dual batteries that has 1HZ engine. The 105 series cruiser that I bought was a UNCHR auctioned vehicle, I am wondering if someone removed the second battery from it, or does it come with one battery from factory?
Sometimes, when the battery is a little low on charge, it won't even bother to crank the engine.
My question is what type of battery I need to buy or do I need to install a second battery?
Thanks!

It would have only come with one battery.

I would get the biggest battery you can fit on the tray. Most likely a 27F.

You can add a second battery using an aftermarket kit.

Thanks for clarification, I haven't really searched for 27F battery in any battery store in Pakistan. Most of the people go for diesel lead acid battery that has more plates inside. What's a good lithium battery alternative for lead acid battery and is safe for cars? The weather gets extremely hot in summer time, I always thought of getting lithium battery but I am afraid that it may cause an explosion in engine bay during summer time.
Second question, what's a good secondary aftermarket battery holder kit that can fit behind the right side of the head light. The engine bay has a lot of open space. I have seen many people installing second battery right next to firewall on the right side but I would like to find a kit, that can fit in the front far away from the firewall and right behind the headlight?
