Advance Adapters T-Case adapter. Specifically for a heavy duty Dodge NV4500 29 spline output transmission to a Land Cruiser 19 spline split transfer case. (1980 through 1989 T-case) This is a new, unused adapter kit. Was going in my 40 but went in a different direction. Buyer pays shipping. Box is small and weighs 30 lbs.
