Had a customer bring me his rolled '98 VX Limited that he wants the motor from.

77K original miles

4.7L V8-powered 4-speed auto

The body is pretty much toast. The LH rear door might be okay- it seems to be straight at least. Sunroof glass somehow did not break.

Also still parting out a '98 LX470

Body parts-
  • Hood is dented but useable
  • Fenders are damaged but may be salvageable
  • LH Rear door may have survived- hard to tell on a bent body
  • Sunroof glass survived
  • OE front mudflaps survived
Interior parts (grey/gray "stone")-
  • 2nd row SOLD
  • 1st row cloth seats (manual adjustment) - $800 for the pair
  • Door cards available
  • Window switches available

Let me know what you need. Make an offer. I'll probably accept it to clear some of this out

I see that both rear sliding windows are gone - I'm actually in need of the aluminum frames which are still present in the pictures. Even if they've got a bit of a twist, as long as they're not corroded inside (like mine) I can make them work.

Can you send me a photo of exactly what you’re after?

I need the centre section of the sandwich, it's the aluminum frame. I could use the rubber runs which go over the frame but I can get by without them. It's the corroded aluminum that is the issue.

would it be possible to get the front left hand pillar, basically cut from top of windshield (where there is damage) down to just below the fender? I'm sure it's not "straight", but I think there may be enough of the inner structure in the area I need that is much straighter than mine that I can use to reinforce what I'm reshaping on mine. If nothing else, the skin is still much straighter than where mine is currently.

Rough cut I'm looking for:

I'll send you a PM with more photos

How is the automatic shift knob? Also interested in the steering wheel and drivers seat if you will split them up (really only need the seat cover, but am sure you probably don't want to just sell that!) Wouldn't mind coming to take a look at it to see if there are any other RHD parts I might need to stock pile.

The RHD shift knob is mint (10/10). Steering wheel is a 7/10 and drivers seat is 10/10

Feel free to send me a PM and we can link up!
