Hello. I took the Weber carb off and am trying to put the original carb back on so I can pass smog (California rig). With the help of a very patient mechanic, we are trying to get things back up and running. Here are the current issues we cannot figure out:

1- One is the green plug in the top picture.. believed to be an idle circuit/fuel shut-off solenoid
Runs fine when I jump it with 12 volts and ground it

2- Pic 2 is, I believe bowl vent for the carb, but I cannot find where it goes because the hose got removed and or re-routed when the aftermarket carb was installed

pic three is the vac line that goes to the base under the carb
Cannot figure out where it goes

What year?

Pic 1, the green plug. This is your fuel solenoid and there should be a plug coming off the driver side fender well for that.

Pic 2 goes to a metal line on the firewall by brake booster.

Pic 3 goes to EGR valve.

Partial correction: Pic 3, the vacuum line off the base of insulator (90* hard pipe) goes to the EVAP VCV.

Also good time to check vacuum at port S on BOTH VCVs. One by the distributor usually fails first.

To the OP, go download the Emissions FSM on cruisercult.com, all your questions and more are answered there in depth.

Thanks!
Still can’t find the female plug connection that provides the power to the fuel solenoid switch on the carb. Any suggestions here? Can’t find from the “box” that had all then original carb parts.
And is this wire hot anytime the key is on, or in the run or start position? (12 volts)
