I may have to try this. I have one seal (input) on my steering rack that's just started leaking a bit, wondering if it's just that the seal is old, or if I've got a wear issue (~225k miles on the rack)

Sorry, I didn't mention it's a 100 series.What boots on the steering rack are you talking about? 80 series don't have a rack with boots? Are you talking about the 100 series?
