I have had two armored LC200s and a GX460 ask me anything.

Who is it that is trying to kill you?

The good guys...or the bad guys? ;)

Ah. I've lived much of my life in 3rd world countries too. :) I understand.

The CEN 1063 and 1522/1523 really are not correct for this industry since its testing on raw martial. The VPAM BRV with the PM levels are a much better understanding of what is really needed.

So tired of "experts" asking for B6 and B6+.

I had two armored 200s running around AFG a few years back. Good trucks, for the most part. The armor played hell with the keyless start, and we were constantly draining the water catch (4.5L D4D / TD V8) from less than stellar fuel supplies. Power was adequate, considering the weight of the vehicle. Not a great platform to fight from, so other trucks got the nod if trouble was expected. Reasonably comfortable.

When I was assigned to Embassy Duty in New Delhi, and Argentina, as Fleet Manager, we had 3 Armored LC200s. One was 5sp, the other Automatic. Both were really heavy, but the 5Sp one was the best. You pretty much loose the rear compartment. After 8+ years managing LC's, we knew that we would own one, but not armored.

I have had several Armored cars over the years... I trust my life and my families on the LC... I have currently a 200 and 100.... both ar solid and with proper maintenance they are reliable and safe.
