When are the picks of the new rack going up?
The truck is so dirty right now, once I get it cleaned up. Hopefully this weekend.

The rack is da bomb!

A pair of used OME 863 rear springs will fit 80 or 100 series.

Still hold the same lift as brand new spring. I went to 863J to address the added ass weight to my 80.

$66 or trade for something I need

Gone! Thanks

**SOLD** A co-worker's neighbor has a very clean 1976 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 2F 4x4 that he is interested in selling. It has no rust and is an Arizona truck originally purchased at Fann Toyota (Camelback Toyota). He is the 3rd owner and it has 48,938 original miles.

He is asking $16,000 and he has attached a complete description of this vehicle along with some great pictures. The FJ is located in Litchfield Park (west of Phoenix, Avondale/Goodyear area) and he can show it anytime. It is in incredible shape. I've posted his description below.

I've not seen the truck personally but another coworker has and he said it is incredible condition. I don't have any vested interest but offered to pass it along to a focused crowd here in Phoenix. See attached photos and PDF description.

PM me if you'd like his phone # or email and you both can go from there.
  • Original Dune Beige body color, all surfaces sand blasted, primed and new paint, Line-X sprayed body floor and underside.
  • Hardtop with ambulance style rear doors. Top and doors currently remain removed after cosmetic, partial restoration.
  • Cab doors, bucket front seats and rear side seats have new foam padding with new black vinyl sewn covering.
  • Fold-down windshield, new glass, gaskets. All side glass, gaskets excellent condition.
  • Original instruments, electrical harness and heater.
  • Original engine, after market exhaust headers. New EMPI PROGRESSIVE EPC 32/36 CARB Kit, air filter, radiator, water pump, hoses, ignition harness and battery.
  • Four-speed manual transmission with 4x4/2x4 Hi/Low transfer case. Transfer case to transmission oil leveler connection installed. All lubrication and brake fluids are Amsoil products except engine.
  • Original drive train, suspension, running gear with Warn Locking Hubs. New shackle bushings and gas shocks.
  • Original front disc brakes. New rear disc brakes. New single stage vacuum brake booster. New oversized brake master cylinder.
  • Pro Comp 15in Alloy Rim including spare. BF Goodrich Mud - Terrain T/A 31x10.5 R15LT 1090 M+S Tubeless Tires. All tires identical. Less than 300mi on mains, spare is new.
  • Heavy duty rear bumper with 2" trailer ball receiver, cargo holder swing arm and spare tire swing arm.

Damn, that is nice. If only I had a spare $16K laying around :crybaby:. I love the top removal/storage hoist. Definitely like to get more information on that.

I have the same hoist no longer being used if you want one.

This will not last long.

I know someone who could work on the vehicle, they have lots of time and experience.
A PM might or might not have been sent to @Dissent

I'm amazed it's lasted this long. :)

My current project is topless:grinpimp: and the addition of a top would be a ways away. I just was wondering if it was an off the shelf or home made kit for "when" I end up topping mine.

If John has an immediate interest in Phil's hoist then by all means proceed accordingly.
If he is not interested I'm am.

Brice if you go look at it, let me know. I may be able to spot some things others might not. Looks like the passenger rear has a hole for an aux tank. Would like to see the rocker panels and rear sill plus corners.
