I would be interested in BFG KM3, Goodyear MTR or the Cooper STT Pro. The preferred favorites are the KM3 and the MTR but offer me what you have worst I can say is no.
KM3 > STT Pro > MTR

I’m not even sure what it means? My 80 has the factory spare tire carrier. Is yours somehow different?
It's a factory carrier just modded to get your spare up and out of the way, mostly on the leading edge, to keep it from getting hung up on rocks and other trail hazards. Easy project. All the parts are there if someone can use it. My spare resides on the bumper now.

It's a Dec 87 model so pretty much an 88 FJ62. This is a JDM model so the VIN is not the same as US models. Only difference might be the front springs being stiffer due to a diesel engine.

I realize VIN is different but should have a model number on the plaque. Probably HJ61V-MEMZX or HJ61V-PEMZX. Both front and back spring packs have different part numbers than the FJ62. The OEM front look like seven leaf compared to five for our FJ62. Rears would be eight for both HJ61 and FJ62. Thinking the HJ61 had a heavier spring rate.

Sorry misunderstood.. it is HJ61V-MEMZX
