Are Drafts Saved?

I started a Classifieds post, and then got pulled away.
I am not seeing it, is it stored somewhere I can retrieve it?
Or do I need to manually Save Draft in order to come back to it?

They are....replies to existing threads are easy,..new threads, not so much.... if you try starting a new thread in that same section, you might get lucky.
