I’m still getting settled into the home my parents recently bought me!Has anyone been able to contact ICECO or Lu directly? Based on this thread, I purchased a VL60; however, it arrived damaged in few spots. I reached out immediately to ICECO support to report the damage sustained in shipping (or even prior to packaging it would seem) but have not heard a peep since. I've sent two follow-up emails and have reached out to both phone numbers listed previously in this thread. I did not purchase via Group Buy but am looking for recourse. @SharpeCat do you have any connections?

Best bet for me has always been the 866 number, which is Lu’s assistant at the moment. When emailing or texting, try to keep it brief and include order # and your shipping info/brief description of problem. The email I use is Lu@icecoofficial.
Although, my first step would always be to contact the outlet you got it from. If it’s Amazon or Walmart then it should be an easy return/swap.
