Would you say the 60 is much larger than the 45? Trying to decide which size VL to get
If I’m comparing my 45vl and tr60 inside space then yes.. idk if I’ll ever fill up the tr60 all the way unless I’m planning on camping 3 days or more.. the 45vl for me is good enough for 1-2 days of food and drinks.. I think I will have to do a side by side comparison soon.. hope that helps🤙🏽

thanks!
man that's a big fridge haha. it's the one i want but it takes up like half the cargo area!
any disadvantages of going with JP series? i think i read in this thread they are being discontinued?

One advantage to the JP is the pastic body is unlikely to be damaged during shipping. Plenty of VLs have arrived damaged, but I haven't seen any JPs with shipping damage.

Anyone running the VL60 dual zone in their garage without any issues? Thinking of getting one to have in the garage full time and then loading it up in the truck when needed

I think someone in the first group buy (maybe?) received a tracking number for someone else. They ended up calling and getting the correct number and it arrived like the next day. Going off memory there, so I could be way off.

Awesome! I'm running it in my garage now! Just need to figure out how to build a cheap drawer system now....

Here's my vl60 in action with my drawer/slide build. Also a sleeping platform if need be.

Do you have instructions on how you built the fridge slide itself?
Those look like some locking slides - which ones did you use?

No instructions unfortunately, i literally learned on the fly after watching countess videos lol.. This was my first woodworking/box build ever so i made many mistakes

Amazon product ASIN B07HQKVBM7
The slides i used ^^. 32" for the VL60.

Can confirm that the ARB plug holds into the Jackery much better than the one that came with my JP series.

Any reason why? I haven't received my fridge yet so I have no idea what the plug is like. Btw what size jackery do you use

The plug that comes with the ICECO (at least the JP series for sure, and I believe also the VL) doesn't hold tight in the Jackery 12v outlet. Put it in and it pushes itself back out. Several have said that the ARB holds tighter and others have done things like adding electrical tape to the ICECO plug to put more resistance on it. I tried the electrical tape 2 layers deep (not covering the connectors) on each side and it didn't help. At that point, I decided to order the ARB plug as a true fix.

I'm using the E1000, but have heard the same reports on the 160, 240 and 500.
