Many locksmith's can program a new fob for you. I haven't gotten it done yet but I have a quote for $250 including fob and programming. I am sure there are cheaper out there as well.

If you have Techstream you can do it yourself. Ordered a key for our 11, which should be here any day, and will only take minutes to program.

Agreed, I had a fob go dead on my '15 shortly after I bought it. Bought a new fob from McGeorge for ~$135, programmed it myself with Techstream. There's a wizard in the software that steps you right through it. You do have to have one good fob to do it this way.

I got mine from Replacemyremote.com. I think it was somewhere around $150 and the $45 for my local locksmith to program it. Then I splurged and got the yota md cases. YMD2 - 3 Button with PANIC - Titanium Banded Toyota Keyless Start Remote Kit
2008 - 2015 Toyota Landcruiser 3 Button Smart Key - Emergency key included - GNE board - HYQ14AEM. Just make sure you check the circuit board to make sure you get the right one. I bought my truck used and didn't know I had remote start.
