Anyone have the 5.11 LED flashlight with ultracapacitor (90 sec recharge)?

Any body have the 5.11 LED flashlights that have 90 second full recharge? I read somewhere that they have an ultracapacitor (or somethin' like that) instead of a battery. Just curious if anybody has real life experience with it, as well as the charger/holder that they come with (12v I think?). They are heavily marketed in the Fire/EMS/LEO magazines and catalogs.
