am almost sure many more than that came into the US

the long beds were by far the most common, my guess is at least 5000 pickups of all types in the US

I read somewhere on tlc4x4.com that 500 swb were brought to the US.
 
Well, I have a 70 RoadRunner and as many of you may know you can send your info into Galen Govier and he will tell you your car is 1 of ?? and originally came with XX options, etc...

Wouldn't that be neat for the FJ45's?

Based on the sticky in the forums, there are a ton of 65+ but hardly any (what 3 or 4 listed) 63 and 64's?

Just for scrapbook purposes am trying to get a ballpark on the 45. Like, 1 of ?? kind of thing. Not trying to be self-absorbed or arrogant in saying "ooo my truck is THIS or that", just for personal scrap-booking and record keeping. Plus - like the mopar, is kinda neat to know.

does your 63 have the fixed(NO way to drop it) front window frame?

if so, not many of those
 
Here is a picture of the window frame. It is bolted inside, and has solid plates instead of hinges on the outside (as you can see). i would imagine that if I removed the roof, unbolted all of those plates, it *might* be able to fold down. Otherwise its a fixed top to my knowlege.

this is the frame I was talking about, only seen a handfull, they were 63's, window will NOT drop unless ya got a torch ;)

could be anytime in 63..cant say, but 64(sometime) was the switch to removalbe tops was made

Neat advert. I had presumed the tire carriers in the FJ40 style were an add on. So I'm guessing then that the tail lights on the frame were factory.

Were the beehive tailights just for 1964?

Wow, oil filter was standard equipment. That's good to know...
