Hey Guys,

Recently moved out of town. My room mate got a place on some acreage.
Got a huge shop so that's sweet (3200sq ft!) Going to be the blacksmith shop (so will have all the cool metal fab stuff). Also have a 19x30 shop with a hoist.
Thinking about a project now. :)

Anyways, we got an old beater 40 for a plow truck.
We are looking for the frame attachments, with hydraulic mounting points.
Just wondering if anyone has anything?
Already have the blade.

If not, no worries. We can fab it.
Just thought it might save us some time.

Thanks,
Nick.

A 40 plow truck?! that would be interesting, I wonder if it will be heavy enough for the larger stuff? Most of the stuff that I've see has been the universal fit "all" plows, which you can usually find in auctions like http://www.rbauction.com/index.jsp from time to time.

Guy up here 30min north of town in Cecil Lake has a 40 as a plow truck/large hay bale picker/cow trainer and there is another in the town between Mackenzie and Prince George also uses his BJ40 to plow the gas station, and his hotel parking lot (sits for the rest of the year, and no he won't sell it!). They would be plenty good as they would work good in tighter places.
Cheers,
Deny

The 40's got plently of weight and power.
The blade is not as wide as one on a full size truck either.
Also only running 235's and is aggreissivly chained up on all 4 wheels.
She will do great.

Also, I came home yesterday, and my room mate started fabing everything.
So, I don't need anything now.

Thanks anyways,
Cheers,
Nick

I thought it would of been cool to have a PTO snowblower.
Buy one, and fab up the mounts.
