Lash; look up busted knuckle off-road.
They have a 2 component product you can fix sidewalks with.
You grind, use a blue primer, then kneed in the rubber compound and let it cure.

If you can't fix it, I've got a 36x13.5/17 Super Swamper iRok for sale for $100. Almost new tread. Was used as a spare.

Thats would be a good option if the fix doesnt work as it measures 36.9
