I sold a (used) JimC carb for $200 46 minutes after posting it. Carb rebuilds by a guru are $300+ plus shipping and a long wait.

So... $200-300.

Yes. I even have some but not all of the throttle linkage.

You can get much better carb rebuilds from others. I would not let alGAYzy touch anything I owned.

I'm sure the carb is probably fine.

I don't agree with Mark's over-inflated, self proclaimed "expert" knowledge pertaining to carburetors.

Too many examples of, "that <insert non-Aisin carb here> is a POS and cannot work well, need to be replaced with an Asian carb" without any knowledge or background info of the said carb. Ended up being a stuck piece of debris in the carb jet which was blocking gas flow. Blew the jet clean and the engine ran great. Someone else (hint: he manufactures Toyata Crawler boxes and is of Polish decent and located in Fresno, CA.) diagnosed and corrected the issue.
