For my CLC friends:

I have some once-fired military 5.56 brass that I have reconditioned as follows:

5.56mm

Inspect all brass and discard as appropriate;
De-primed;
Wet Polished in a Big Dawg Tumbler for 4 hours with stainless steel media, Lemme Shine, and Dawn;
Swagged using a Dillon Super Swage 600;
Re-sized on a Redding Competition Full Length Sizing Die;
Trimmed to SAAMI Spec'd Length - 1.760;
Chamfer / Deburred; and
Visually Inspected.

300 BLK

Inspect all brass and discard as appropriate;
Deprimed;
Trim Case Length;
Wet Polished in a Big Dawg Tumbler for 4 hours with stainless steel media, Lemme Shine, and Dawn;
Swagged using a Dillon Super Swage 600;
Re-sized on a Redding Competition Full Length Sizing Die;
Trimmed to SAAMI Spec'd Length - 1.368;
Chamfer / Deburred; and
Visually Inspected.

I use Mitutoyo Absolute 500-197-20 digital calipers for all measurements.

Below are some pictures of the brass that I am currently processing, these are pre-tumble and thus do not have their original shine back yet.

Big Dawg Wet Tumbler:

Sorting / Drying Table:

Brass Ready for Processing:

My prices are pretty reasonable:

1,000 pieces of 5.56 - $200.00
1,000 pieces of 300 BLK - $250.00

500 pieces of 5.56 - $120.00
500 pieces of 300 BLK - $150.00

100 pieces of 5.56 - $25.00
100 pieces of 300 BLK - $31.25

If you have any questions, please let me know and PM me if you are interested. I have a couple thousand pieces in stock right now and am awaiting a shipment in excess of 100,000 pieces. I also do have some pistol brass (9mm, .40 cal, and .45 cal) and am more than willing to process that for someone. I usually keep all the pistol brass for myself for my USPSA matches and for classes.

Just a reminder this is not loaded ammunition, just brass that is ready for you to drop in a primer, powder, and bullet.

Thanks.

I have some stuff for sale to fund the move to an 80-series front axle.

Up first is a set of 30-spline Bobby Long cromoly birfields and axles shafts. These are a precursor to RCVs. If you know Toyota stuff, you know these are the bees knees for a Toyota solid front axle.

I have had these about 5 years. They are in great shape with no clicking, binding, or weird characteristics. I have not broken anything in my front axle while running Longs, so they shouldn't have any type of shock-loading. These are before the time of "LONGFIELD" being engraved on the bell, but I have email confirmation from Bobby's wife that they are indeed Longfields. I bought them before Trail-Gear had their "Dirty 30s". Coupled with the email, there is no doubt these are Longs.

I have an email address of the original purchaser that will help with any warranty issues should you break a birf. I believe the warranty is transferable. I have never worried about this, as they don't break with a reasonable driver... even on the hardest stuff.

I am firm at $500 without shipping. They are $645 new. Would prefer a local sale, but will work with you on transport.

Josh Shearer won a T-Case saver from Georg many rides ago that he would like to sell. $30 shipped or $25 to someone local. Georg gets $35 shipped. This thing is still in the bag and includes all bolts and washers to install. Holla!
