That’s my favorite 80 color combo! Wheels look great but y’all crazy to treat them like some wood shop piece of scrap block.

But they aren't beadlocksThat’s my favorite 80 color combo! Wheels look great but y’all crazy to treat them like some wood shop piece of scrap block.Plenty of hub centric cheap aftermarket wheels that fit our 80s in 2022.
But they aren't beadlocks

Yes I'm running them on a 80Hey new here. Looks like method or raceline? Im considering Method 105 beadlocks w/ 37"- 17x9 or 8.5 what offset are you running on your 80 series set up? Thank you.
This is helpful thank you. I do not know the true width of the 105 with the beadlock accounted for in the overall width. are the walker evans a -12 or 0 offset?Yes I'm running them on a 80
Offset can get confusing especially when beadlock wheels are sometimes are a non beadlock and beadlock both, manufacturers do this so they can sale the wheels and not say for off road use only.
Here's the wheels I was mounting in the pictures Batteborn called them 17x9s and as non beadlocks they are but as you can see in the picture as beadlocks there 17x10s
So depending on how you mount them it would change the offset.

For me I like to go with the back Spacing. stock 80 wheels are 4.5" back spacing Zero off set.
with a 37x12.50 tire they well rub the frame and inside wheel well.
The Batteborns where 3.5" back spacing moving the in side of the wheel out from the frame 1" plus the extra 2' width made my out side of wheel to out side of wheel 6" wider then stock. to much for me and why I changed wheels.
My current wheels are Walker Evens Racing there 17x8.5 with a 3x3/4" back spacing and a true 8.5" to the beadlock ring. there's no rubbing on the frame or the inside of the wheel wells.
I'm very happy with these wheels and there fitment.
For reference

All most all beadlocks are 9" wide or widerThis is helpful thank you. I do not know the true width of the 105 with the beadlock accounted for in the overall width. are the walker evans a -12 or 0 offset?
There is a 17x8.5 0
17x9. -12
17x9. -38
Would a 37x13.5 lead you to lean more to less backspace, i.e. 3.5”?All most all beadlocks are 9" wide or wider
That one of the things I really liked about the Walkers 8.5" wide
Again when shoping for wheels I go by back spacing, off set is deceiving and confusing JMHO
For a 80 with large tires you want 3.5" or 3.75" of back space.
The back spacing is a solid number from the mounting surface to the back side of the wheel.
Thank you for the information. Sorry it took so long to reply back. was having some login issues. So ive got 3 sample wheels from Method al 17" Im going to fit them on the truck un-mounted:All most all beadlocks are 9" wide or wider

Context: I’ve got a set of 37x13.50x17 tires for 40% of the cost of a new set. So, I’m going to run them if I can fit them without too much hassle
Really hard to say but my best guess is the 9" with the 4.50 back spaceThank you for the information. Sorry it took so long to reply back. was having some login issues. So ive got 3 sample wheels from Method al 17" Im going to fit them on the truck un-mounted:
9"w 3.5" backspace
9"w 4.50"backspace,
8.5" 4.75" backspace
note: these are the factory widths not including beadlocks to your point.
heres what my goal is tire to fender lip 3" lift. (pic shown: 17x9 -15 FUEL. 37" x13.5 Toyo M/T)
In your opinion/estimation: Where do you think the wheel lip sits from the fender lip?
this will be my point of reference.
Thanks
Nick

I am running a METHOD 105 -38 17x9 - TOYO 37I'm looking at the Method 105 Beadlocks to wrap in 37x12.5x17 Baja Boss A/T's and am only seeing the 17x8.5 at 0/4.75" and 17x9 at -38/3.5" Everything I've read says for 37's I need -12 for a 8.5 width. What did you end up with?
think you’d have rubbing issues with that little offset.I'm looking at the Method 105 Beadlocks to wrap in 37x12.5x17 Baja Boss A/T's and am only seeing the 17x8.5 at 0/4.75" and 17x9 at -38/3.5" Everything I've read says for 37's I need -12 for a 8.5 width. What did you end up with?
The 17x9 with 3.5" back space is a perfect fit for a 37x12.5" x17" tire on a 80I'm looking at the Method 105 Beadlocks to wrap in 37x12.5x17 Baja Boss A/T's and am only seeing the 17x8.5 at 0/4.75" and 17x9 at -38/3.5" Everything I've read says for 37's I need -12 for a 8.5 width.
