any drywall "experts" on right now?

I'm prepping to apply the interior corner tape/bead strips with mud on our family room. It's metal reinforced in a roll. One side has adhesive and the other does not. What is the proper way to apply this stuff to the corners?

Some guys are even using spray 3M contact adhesive...no nails and it holds like a bitch.

One thing I always do is use Durabond Easysand on all my corners..it shrinks less than spackle..it dries quicker (20, 45, 90 mins) and just adheres better.

It is required to be mixed...I just use honey's egg beaters in my cordless drill and put it back in the drawer when I'm done..

I just used the regular joint compound. I have the 4 vertical corners done, but didn't sleep last night and had to quit. Now that I have a feel for it I will do the longer horizontal corners later.
